  - Does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
  - Is not defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
• 6.3 We do not pre-screen User Content but reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

• 7.1 All content, software, and services on WaitWizard.io are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• 7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
